There are many ways to stay informed and get involved at Mercer!

  • Language and Cultural Specific Chat / Messaging Groups

  • Join us at PTSA Meetings:

    • We have quarterly PTSA Community Meetings, which are for all families to build community and to learn about Mercer! We offer simultaneous interpretation in the most common languages spoken by Mercer families (typically Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese and Somali) . A Zoom link will be sent to all families before each meeting. Specific dates and times vary. Please see the calendar here.

    • We typically have Board & Volunteer Working Meetings one Tuesday evening each month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, on months when there is no PTSA Community Meeting. Please stay tuned for future meeting dates. All are invited to attend and participate. Please email us for a Zoom link at mercerptsa@gmail.com.

    • All families are encouraged and welcome to join our meetings at any time throughout the school year! See our calendar here.

  • Volunteer: We need volunteers for for lunch, school events, translation, PTSA administration, board committees, fundraising, and more. There are tasks small and large! ​

    • For the sake of safety for our students and staff, all volunteers at Mercer must be approved by the school district. Please follow this link to complete this process (don't worry about the "2021-2022" date).

  • Become a PTSA Member: It is FREE to join the Mercer PTSA. All are invited to attend PTSA meetings, volunteer, be involved and become members. You can sign up to become a part of the Mercer PTSA here.
